Animated GIF images: Outlook 2007 does not support animated GIFs. Only a static representation of the GIF image shows, so please ensure that the first frame makes sense as a static image. - No flash (SWF).
- Third-party redirects are accepted, but must return a GIF or JPG only. Note: With a redirect please provide a click command with click through URL.
- Third-party click and pixel tracking is accepted

Video Ads
Video Ad Campaigns are designed to deliver a quality solution for using flash video to reach potential customers. While flash video cannot be implemented within email, BulletinHealthcare has developed an alternative which achieves the same purpose, and in some ways is actually better. The first frame of your videos would appear in the eNewsbriefings (by appearance, they would look the same as a flash video), and when a user clicks on the video image, a browser seamlessly opens and plays the video. Importantly, this approach is superior for mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads, which can’t play flash. Accepted IAB ad sizes: 160x600, 120x600, 300x250, 336x280, 728x90.
